ClickSeptic ("we," "us") is a pre-launch project building a nationwide septic service marketplace. This policy covers the limited data we collect today through this website — primarily the launch-notification signup form and operator interest emails. We do not yet operate a live booking or dispatch platform in any market, so no service-request or payment data is collected today.
When you submit the "Get Notified" form, we collect the email address and ZIP code you provide. If you email us to register operator interest, we retain that email and its contents.
We use this information only to notify you when ClickSeptic launches in your market, or to follow up on operator interest you registered. We do not sell this information.
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare) to store and process this data securely.
We retain notification signups until ClickSeptic launches in the relevant market or you ask us to delete your information, whichever comes first.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
As ClickSeptic moves from pre-launch to live markets, this policy will be updated to reflect the data practices of an operating marketplace (service requests, operator accounts, etc). We'll post material changes here.
